NLT Training Services

NLT Training Services deliver academic and vocational training services to both employers and the general public. Courses include NVQ, Health and Safety, as well as IT and ECDL courses. The range and complexity of IT skills required to support the continued growth of the organisation proved extremely difficult to retain.

Clearbase Solutions tendered and won the contract to provide managed services covering Wide Area Networking, mail and web services, asset management and all server and desktop application support and replacement. A 3 year migration strategy was developed and deployed to bring the company in line with its overall business strategy and to support the winning of new business. Clearbase supported the implementation of new Customer Relationship Management software allowing a more effective approach to NLT’s existing and prospective clients.
